HSA Press Release: Sharath Chandrasekhar joins HSA Advocates as Partner.
HSA Advocates’ (“HSA”) partnership collegium has a new partner. Effective today, Sharath Chandrasekhar has joined the firm’s newly opened office in Bengaluru to further bolster the firm’s presence, along with the firm’s first partner in Bengaluru, Megha Arora.
Prior to joining HSA, Sharath was one of the founding partners at Citius Law Advocates.
Sharath holds a B.A., LL.B (Hons.) degree from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, as well as an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law, Durham, NC, USA. Sharath is a member of the Karnataka State Bar Council and the New York State Bar, and is qualified to practice in India and New York, USA. Sharath has also worked in Japan as a secondee to Mori, Hamada and Matsumoto (one of the leading law firms in Japan).
With over a decade of work experience, Sharath has developed an expertise in handling domestic and international clients in banking & finance, real estate, private equity & venture capital transactions.
Apart from strengthening our presence in Bengaluru and the southern region, alongside our partnership collegium, Sharath will play a global role in collectively developing and strengthening the firm’s presence and profile in his areas of practice and expertise.
