  • Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), the largest infrastructure and urbanization project in the world, comprising creation of 6 greenfield mega cities covering an overall length of 1483 kilometres between Delhi and Mumbai.

  • International Finance Corporation and Government of Gujarat on the development of rooftop solar power projects.

  • Equis Funds Group, Singapore based renewal energy focused fund, on its equity investment transactions to DANS Energy Consulting Private Limited (“DANS”), which holds interests in two Indian companies developing 194 MW Hydro Power Platform in Northern India. It was awarded as the ‘Deal of the Year’ by India Business Law Journal awarded in 2012.

  • Shenzhen Shandong Nuclear Power Construction Company Ltd., a leading power plant construction company from China in an international commercial arbitration in India against Vedanta Aluminium Ltd. with respect to a claim of around INR 2500 crore.

  • Avigo Capital Partners, on the proposed sale of a part of its stake in education services provider Maharana Infrastructure and Professional Services (MIPS) through INR 300 crore public offer that values the company at INR 1,300 crore.
